History
One of the so-called Shadow Divisions of the Word of Blake Militia, the 44th Shadow Division was partially comprised of the Blakist's hyper-elite Manei Domini.
Reports indicate the Forty-Fourth first appeared on Yunnah in early 3072. The Forty-Fourth are best known for their role in the Third Battle of New Avalon. [1]

As of 3075, the Forty-Fourth was commanded by Specter Precentor Avitue.
