Harris is a surface garrison within the Deep Periphery, near Trinity and P3. During Operation Revival, Harris was operated by Clan Wolf. The Harris facility is located 7.5 days from the Jump Point, orbitting a type G5IV star, which leads to ships taking 186 hours to recharge in the system.[1]
