They were most famous for their defeat at the hands of McCormack's Fusiliers on Bellatrix in 2616, thus cementing that unit's good reputation. The recruiting standards of the unit were not the highest, and would take anyone who could shoot straight and didn't fall down too often. After Bellatrix many former troopers wound up dispossessed, some even finding themselves in a Holovid documentary about it in 2620. [2]
