In September 3132, Legate Imurra participated in Cross-Prefecture Defense Conference between [[Prefecture III]] and [[Prefecture IV]] on Northwind, as a representative of [[Prefect]] [[Katana Tormark]], together with Prefect [[Tara Campbell]] and [[Lord Governor of Prefecture IV|Lord Governor]] [[Aaron Sandoval (32nd c.)|Aaron Sandoval]]. Initially intending to accompany Tormark to the conference, Imurra instead took over as her replacement and representative, notionally due to Tormark being called away to [[Elbar]] in order to deal with the aftermath of her smashing of a black market [[BattleMech]] smuggling ring.<ref name=INN></ref>
