Todd Patterson was a Bloodnamed warrior and commanding officer of the Ninth Raven Wing Cluster of the Raven Alliance's Beta Galaxy as of 3061.[1]

Star Colonel Todd, serving with the Ninth Raven Wing, was stationed on Bearclaw in 3061 and remained there by 3067.[1][2] Following the Jihad and the formation of the Raven Alliance, Todd continued to command the Ninth Raven Wing and was stationed on Quatre Belle by 3085.[3]
