Update to the edit toolbar

I have changed the look of the toolbar seen on the edit page. It now has an "Insert a character" and "Insert a template" option. Clicking on either will display a box from which you can insert characters or tags.

If you cannot see the toolbar changes you may need to do a "hard refresh" of your browser:

• Internet Explorer: hold the Ctrl key, and press F5.
• Firefox: hold down the Shift key, and click the Reload button on the navigation toolbar.
• Safari: hold down the Shift key and click the Reload toolbar button.
• Opera: hold down the Shift key, and click the Reload button on the navigation toolbar.
