Help:CreateConvFighterArticle

To quickly create a canon Conventional Fighter article that matches the format in use with other canon Conventional Fighters:

1. Open the new article.

2. Paste the following code into the edit field:

{{InfoBoxConvFighter
| image = [[Image:*.***|191px]]
| Name = ???
| Manufacturer = ???
| Use = ???
| Tech Base = ???
| Cost = ???
| Introduced = ???
| Mass = ???
| Engine (Type) = ???
| Fuel = ???
| comsys =
| T&T =
| Armament = ???
| Armor = ???
| Crew = ???
| BV (1.0) = ???
| BV (2.0) = ???
}}

==Description==

==Armament==

==Cargo==

==Variants==

==References==
<references />

==Bibliography==

[[Category:Conventional Fighters]]

3. Delete the fields from image line from the code if you do not have a corresponding picture.

4. Replace the '???' from the other lines with the correct data. Note: Thrust is presented on Sarna.net in terms of g, rather than thrust points. 2 thrust points = 1 g. When quoting from a canon source, you must divide the listed thrust points in the source by 2 to obtain the correct value for use in an article.

5. Fill in the five sections (Description, Armament, Cargo, Variants, References) to the best of your capability.

6. Click on the Show preview button and review your article for mistakes.

7. Press the Save page button.

8. Bask in the pride of your article, with our thanks.
