The HD-417328 system was home to at least one inhabitable planet and is located between HD-276914 and HD-384971 in the coreward Periphery just beyond the edge of the Draconis Combine.[1]
System Description[edit]
Featured only in the MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries video game, the HD-417328 system is considered apocryphal.
Planetary History[edit]
In the first part of the thirty-first century, before the founding of the Free Rasalhague Republic in 3034,[2] ComStar built a communications hub in the system to help coordinate their operations in the Periphery. At the behest of Interstellar Expeditions, Nik's Cavaliers destroyed the hub in order to force ComStar to divert resources to rebuilding and protecting it from future attacks, while also limiting their operating proficiency and giving IE more time to analyze the data recovered from the stellar research facility on HD-276914.[1]
Geography[edit]
The planet is depicted as a summer forest biome with good visibility.[1]
